At Zylvara, we have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be in the same condition that you received it (unworn or unused).
- Include original tags and packaging.
- Be accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

Important: Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Exchanges
To exchange an item, please initiate a return for the original item. Once your return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the desired item.
Refunds
We’ll notify you once we receive and inspect your return. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
